This retreat was born from a dream—the realization that music, movement, and mindfulness are the keys to deep freedom. In a world that often rushes past us, we will pause. We will sing by the fire under the stars, dance at sunset, and greet the rising sun with meditation and yoga. This is a call to awaken our senses, silence our minds, and live in the present moment.
This is not just a trip—it’s an experience of transformation.
